CNC/Laser Concept 3

AME System has all the components required to assemble your CNC machine frame. From the complicated to the simple, everything can be achieved using our standard t-slot aluminium extruded profile. We offer a cut to size service, as well as optional drilling and tapping on request. This CNC machine frame has been built mostly from of our sturdy 40×80 material, mixed with some of our 40×40 profile to finish it off.

The gantry is supported by two base side rails, utilising the t-slot channel of the aluminium to slide back and forth. Our sliding bar system is in use and allows for extra smooth gliding in both directions.
