CNC/Laser Concept 1

AME System has all the components required to assemble your CNC machine frame. From the complicated to the simple, everything can be achieved using our standard t-slot aluminium extruded profile. We offer a cut to size service, as well as optional drilling and tapping on request. CNC/Laser Concept 1

This CNC machine frame has been built mostly from of our sturdy 40×80 material, mixed with some of our 40×40 profile to finish it off.

The gantry is able to be supported from three points on the framework and with some TLC and some clever modifications with this in mind your gantry can move smoothly in both directions.
